  • 4 Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 Tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp crushed Garlic


  • Slice the chicken breasts into halves or thirds if you wish
  • Combine chicken, mustard, juice, oil, rosemary & garlic in a bowl
  • Toss to coat chicken in mustard mixture
  • Oven bake, pan fry, or BBQ until chicken is cooked and juices run clear
  • Serve with steamed vegetables and a lemon wedge
